Thanks Dave. I appreciate your opinion. My whole thing is it needs to be mixed up and mixed in. Like people are beginning to crave personal marketing. Face to face. They want to know the person. My prediction, people like me will be what new marketing becomes. The emergence of social media in the last few years, has people wanting to know their brands. Soon, people are going to want to see those brands being used successfully by their "friends", ie. follower/folllowing. I am thinking of this outside the box.

All of what is StealingKitty is my brand. I don't want to separate it. This is me. StealingKitty is who I am. I believe people I know and meet would want to use, buy or consume something I recommend to them personally. This has been a fact of who I am since I was in my early teens. I know if I admire someone, I want to use the products they use, go to the restuarants they go to, wear the shoes they wear.

Your information was awesome and I do appreciate the feedback. Now back TO WORK!

“old” and “new:”

I think I know what you’re after but I don’t think you should mix-up Serious (Blog, Web space, etc.) and Fun (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

Serious is to drop the (Sexy Nerds) get to work
.
I believe from what I’ve read on twitter that you’re a serious person that likes to have Fun; like myself. But if you want to make money or get serious contacts you have to have two sites.

Shock and Awe does not work on a Pro-business site. You can always do both on Twitter but, you should also have another site.
Just my opinion,
Cheers, Dave
P.S. Your new site looks great!

“Old” Marketing
•	Advertisers had control
•	Results driven
•	Billboards, phone book ads, magazine ads
•	Expensive
•	Long-term investments meant you might spend $20,000 before you realized it wasn’t working
Marketing 2.0
•	Customers are in control of content
•	Difficult to measure, given the web’s vastness
•	Blogs, podcasts, eBooks’, affiliate marketing, internet advertisements
•	Extremely inexpensive! (This is why most people are on Twitter) you can do better.
•	Low commitment period means you can quickly change your marketing mix for best results
•	Interactive
•	Fun (to a point)
•	Easy to mix and match different strategies and tools
